Job Description

Nature Soy LLC is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support the daily operations of the HR Department. This individual will learn all aspects in HR operations, including full cycle recruiting, employee benefits, employee engagement, and records keeping. This position would be starting at 16 hours per week and we are willing to work around student's school schedules. Qualified applicants must have a High School diploma or equivalent and currently be enrolled in a college or university program working towards a Human Resources or business related degree. Comprehension of Microsoft Office programs is required. Solid communication skills are required. Bilingual skills are strongly preferred in one of the following languages: Punjabi, French, Swahili.
