The position provides high-level support to the internal offices as well as external customers (such as Suppliers and Consultants) by answering questions and providing necessary documents. This position also handles the H-1B, TN, and Green Card sponsorship process from implementation through completion.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Prepare verification of employment (VOE) letters
Review work authorization documents for legitimacy and validity
Partner with outside counsel to prepare, file and track non-immigrant visas
Partner with outside counsel to prepare, file and track PERM labor certification cases and I-140 filings
Create and maintain public access files
Create STEM training plans
Track visa expiration dates
Track and maintain foreign student tax exemption list
Serve as a point of contact for immigration related questions for internal and external customers
Additional Duties/Responsibilities:
Aid in preparing presentations for training purposes
Assist with maintaining the Immigration confidential tab as well as the Immigration tab on the Loop
Stay informed on immigration policies, rules, and regulations
Update appropriate audiences regarding immigration changes that impact our business
Assist on special projects as needed

Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn other software programs quickly
Flexibility to work overtime when necessary is needed
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of related experience with immigration matters
Experience in the IT industry preferred Base salary - $60,000 - $70,000 This position includes additional variable compensation in the form of an annual bonus opportunity.
