Temporary HR Coordinator — Part-Time Are you an organized, people-focused professional who enjoys keeping things moving and helping employees have a great experience? Apply today. #Lancaster10 Qualifications for the HR Coordinator include: High school diploma required; associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, payroll, office administration, or a similar support role preferred Experience working with an HRIS ; ADP experience is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams Strong organization and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
