Job Description

Hillcrest Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Human Resources & Staffing Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position combines Human Resources responsibilities with staff scheduling to help support our employees and ensure quality resident care. Get Paid Daily with Tap Check Competitive Compensation Low-Cost Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Employee Referral Bonus Program Supportive Leadership Team Opportunities for Growth and Advancement ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding Process new hire paperwork and maintain employee personnel files Coordinate background checks, physicals, TB testing, and other pre-employment requirements Assist with employee relations and benefits administration Maintain HR records while ensuring confidentiality Ensure compliance with company policies and state and federal employment regulations Staffing Create and maintain nursing department schedules Fill open shifts and coordinate staffing coverage Communicate schedule changes with employees and department managers Monitor staffing levels to ensure appropriate coverage Assist with attendance tracking and staffing reports Work closely with nursing leadership to meet daily staffing needs Qualifications Previous Human Resources, staffing, or scheduling experience preferred Healthcare or long-term care experience is preferred Experience with scheduling software is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Join a team that values its employees and is committed to providing exceptional care for our residents through strong leadership, teamwork, and outstanding support.
