Job Description

REQUIREMENTS
Strong verbal and written communication to interact effectively with employees and management. Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently Must be at least 18 years of age Availability at least three days a week to include weekdays, weekends, and evenings as needed
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Field incoming calls and emails to the HR office Greet internal and external guests in a warm and professional manner Accurately onboard associates and process changes in HRIS (UKG) system Maintain personnel files in a timely manner Ensure compliance with paperwork including I-9s and minor working papers Assist with recruitment efforts including job fairs and candidate contact
