Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Intern Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this pivotal role, you will oversee the front desk operations, coordinate intern activities, and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and team members. Your proactive approach will ensure a welcoming environment while supporting talent acquisition efforts through effective communication, scheduling, and relationship management. Duties Manage daily front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and directing calls with professionalism and enthusiasm Coordinate intern schedules, onboarding sessions, and training activities to ensure smooth integration into the organization Assist with talent sourcing efforts by supporting campus recruitment initiatives and participating in outreach through social media marketing (recruitment) Support HR sourcing activities by maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms like Workday or UltiPro, and candidate sourcing databases such as iCIMS or Lever Facilitate employee orientation sessions and contribute to employee relations by providing excellent service and timely information Conduct research on employment law in talent management to ensure compliance with HR legal standards during onboarding and recruitment processes Collaborate with internal teams to support high-volume recruitment campaigns, leveraging social media management tools like Salesforce or Kronos for lead generation and candidate engagement Skills Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in talent management software such as HR systems (Workday, UltiPro), ATS (iCIMS, Taleo), and HRIS platforms Knowledge of employment & labor law applicable to talent acquisition and employee relations Experience with social media marketing (recruitment) for candidate sourcing and employer branding Ability to conduct interviews, support full cycle recruiting processes, and assist with technical recruiting efforts Demonstrated relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates, interns, vendors, and internal teams Basic understanding of contracts, employee evaluation processes, and training & development initiatives This paid internship offers a fantastic platform to grow your career in human resources and office coordination. Pay:
