KP Staffing Orangeburg is now hiring bilingual hr generalists for a company that manufactures home furnishings in Denmark, SC! Job Summary The bilingual hr generalist will support daily human resources operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will assist with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, compliance, and communication between employees and management. Pay 40k to 45k Shift 3rd Duties Support daily HR operations and provide assistance to employees and management Coordinate recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding activities Maintain employee records and HR documentation Assist with new hire orientation and employee training Respond to employee questions regarding company policies, benefits, and HR procedures Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution Track attendance, timekeeping, and other HR-related reports Collaborate with supervisors to support staffing and workforce needs Perform additional HR administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Previous HR generalist, HR coordinator, or human resources experience preferred Manufacturing experience is a plus Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Job Type Contract
