Job Summary:
The Provider Recruitment Coordinator serves as the primary point of coordination for provider site visits across our markets . This role ensures a smooth, professional, and well ‑ supported experience for physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical partners during their time on site. The liaison manages visit logistics, facilitates communication between providers and clinical departments, and supports initiatives that strengthen provider engagement and operational excellence. Responsibilities Plan s , schedule s , and execute s provider site visits, including agenda creation, routing, and coordination with clinical and administrative teams. Serve s as the primary point of contact for providers before, during, and after visits, ensuring timely, clear, and professional communication. Prepare s visit materials, orientation packets, schedules, and documentation; ensure all required resources are available. Greet s providers, escort them through clinical departments, facilitate introductions, and address real ‑ time needs or questions. Partner s with nursing, medical staff services, operations, HR, and leadership to ensure a seamless provider experience. Identif ies and escalate s provider concerns, workflow barriers, or operational issues to appropriate leaders. Maintain s accurate records of visits, feedback, and follow ‑ up actions; support reporting for leadership. Foster s positive, professional relationships with providers to support engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Qualifications Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, communications, or related field preferred . 1 + years of experience in healthcare operations, provider relations, customer service, or administrative coordination. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clinical and non ‑ clinical teams. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast ‑ paced environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism under pressure. Proficiency with scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, and workflow tools.
