In this performance-driven, safety-focused environment, you will manage day-to-day HR activities including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS administration. You will partner with leaders to drive performance management, engagement, and compliance with employment laws. This role supports continuous improvement and innovation in a stable, global manufacturer, offering opportunities to grow your HR and manufacturing industry expertise while contributing to essential water heating and treatment solutions. Responsibilities Support employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution for plant and office staff Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for hourly and salaried roles Administer HRIS data, benefits changes, and employee records accurately Partner with leaders on performance management, coaching, and corrective actions Ensure compliance with federal and WI state employment laws and company policies Support safety, engagement, and culture initiatives in a manufacturing environment Assist with compensation reviews, merit processes, and job changes Develop and communicate HR policies, procedures, and best practices Prepare HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decisions Coordinate training, development, and succession planning activities Required Skills Employee relations Recruiting and onboarding HRIS systems Performance management Benefits administration Compliance with employment laws Policy development Manufacturing HR support Data reporting and HR metrics Training coordination
