Job Description

  • Position Summary
  • The Bilingual Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing leadership and support to associates, and ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and attendance expectations are met.

This role serves as a key point of contact between management and employees, helping facilitate communication across a diverse workforce. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and either Vietnamese or Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in multicultural environments.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Lead and support a team of associates to achieve operational goals and performance expectations.

+ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and client requirements.

+ Monitor attendance, productivity, and quality metrics and address issues as needed.

+ Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.

+ Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires.

+ Translate and interpret information, policies, procedures, and work instructions for employees.

+ Serve as a liaison between management and associates to resolve concerns and promote employee engagement.

+ Prepare reports and communicate operational updates to leadership.

+ Support workforce planning, scheduling, and shift coverage as needed.

+ Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment.

  • Qualifications
  • + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

+ Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or staffing environment preferred.

+ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and workforce management systems.

  • Primary language with strong verbal and written communication skills. +

  • Professional working proficiency required. +
  • Spanish:
  • Professional working proficiency required. + Ability to effectively communicate, translate, and interpret information in all three languages is highly preferred.
  • Physical Requirements
  • + Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as required by the work environment. + Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime and weekends, when needed.
  • Preferred Skills
  • + Experience working with diverse employee populations. + Knowledge of staffing, HR, onboarding, and employee relations practices. + Strong conflict resolution and coaching abilities. + Excellent customer service and communication skills.
