Job Description

About Us 240Tech is a fast-growing print-on-demand fulfillment company producing custom apparel at scale. We're expanding rapidly and need a sharp recruiter to help us build the team that powers our operation. Role Overview We need a Recruiting Specialist who can own the full hiring cycle — from posting jobs to onboarding handoff. You'll be focused primarily on production and operations roles, with occasional support on corporate hires. This isn't a post-and-pray role — we want someone who gets creative and uses every tool available to find great people. What You'll Do
  • Source and screen candidates for production, warehouse, and operations roles
  • Post and manage job listings across Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, and niche platforms
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to write compelling job posts, outreach messages, and screening questions
  • Build and tap into non-traditional labor pipelines — vocational schools, community colleges, trade programs, churches, neighborhood Facebook groups, ESL programs, and local community centers
  • Partner with workforce development agencies, reentry programs, and veteran organizations
  • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the process and provide timely updates
  • Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements
  • Prepare offer letters and other hiring documentation
  • Assist with new-hire onboarding and orientation
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines in our ATS
  • Attend local job fairs, community events, and pop-up hiring events
  • Partner with floor leads and managers on workforce planning What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (high-volume, production, or warehouse a plus)
  • Comfortable using AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, or similar for drafting, screening, and sourcing workflows
  • Proven ability to build creative sourcing strategies beyond job boards
  • Strong communicator — written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Able to manage multiple open reqs simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Comfortable with fast-paced, changing priorities
  • Experience with ATS platforms and job boards
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus Bonus Points
  • Has recruited from community college workforce programs or reentry pipelines
  • Has run a local hiring event or pop-up from scratch
  • Uses LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, or AI-assisted sourcing tools fluently What We Offer
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Paid time off + company holidays
  • Opportunities for growth and advancement
  • A collaborative, hands-on work environment The Ideal Candidate Someone who enjoys working with people, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, stays organized, follows through, and can work independently while supporting managers across the team. You treat recruiting like a craft — always looking for better ways to find and connect with great candidates. Details
