What You'll Do As an HR & Recruiting Intern, you may: Assist with candidate prescreening and recruiting activities Communicate with candidates and help support the recruiting process Support new hire, employee status, and termination documentation Assist with employee records and HR data management Help collect and organize information for HR reports and research Enter and maintain information in company systems Participate in HR and recruiting projects Gain exposure to areas such as recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and organizational development What You'll Gain This internship is designed to give you experience you can actually talk about in your next interview.
