Job Duties:
This position oversees the team that reviews job posting requests, works with hiring managers, and guides them on how to post their positions. It also supervises staff who provide customer service on HR phone lines and respond to employee and applicant inquiries.
The role manages and processes HR action requests, including processing administrative reassignments, troubleshooting issues, and answering detailed questions. It also assists with the planning, development, revision, and implementation of policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.

Has HR experience and administrative and/or administration experience.
Communicates clearly with hiring managers and staff.
Handles day-to-day questions and issues with professionalism and stays calm under pressure.
Is organized, detail oriented, and able to juggle multiple requests at once.

Is willing to learn policies and procedures and follow them consistently.
Has basic supervisory skills or is ready to step into a leadership role.
