We're looking for a highly skilled HR Generalist to become one of them, and to help us find them. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the human resources field, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices. This position will report directly to the Director of Human Resources and will be an integral part of building a well-functioning, employee-oriented human resources department. If you have a passion for finding untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping individuals find promising careers, we want to hear from you. Objectives of this Role Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and resolving issues. Promote an efficient, positive, and conflict-free workplace. Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies. Undertake tasks around employee management, talent development, and organizing annual employee performance reviews. Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new hires. Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and foster professional growth. Manage employee benefits administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form. Stay current on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk for the organization. Support payroll function. Additional responsibilities as needed. Skills and Qualifications 3+ years experience in Human Resources with a strong commitment to high ethical standards. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search. Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems. Exceptional aptitude in problem-solving and conflict resolution. Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach. Knowledge of employment/labor laws.
