ASAP Sponsorship is not available Bilingual HR Coordinator, Manufacturing Description Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Bilingual HR Coordinator to join their team in Balch Springs, TX. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, benefits, employee records, recruiting coordination, HR tracking, and employee support, while partnering with third-party HR, payroll, benefits, and staffing providers. You will spend most of your time in the office while also regularly walking the production floor and assisting employees directly. To be considered, you must have at least two years of HR experience in a production, warehouse, construction, industrial environment or a similarly operations-focused workforce, and professional working proficiency in Spanish. To be successful, you must be proactive, organized, approachable, and comfortable taking initiative in a growing environment.
