Position Summary
MIRACORP
is seeking a motivated and highly organized Workforce Program Analyst to support a federal government customer. This position will provide program coordination, workforce planning, stakeholder engagement, and executive level support for initiatives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate workforce initiatives, action items, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution and alignment with organizational priorities. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and collaboration across Military Departments, functional communities, leadership organizations, and other key stakeholders. Support workforce planning, talent management, employee retention, professional development, and workforce readiness initiatives. Develop executive level briefings, presentations, decision support materials, meeting documentation, reports, and communications. Track organizational priorities, deliverables, action items, risks, dependencies, and follow up activities through completion. Coordinate implementation activities across senior leadership forums, working groups, and cross functional teams. Prepare meeting materials, capture decisions and action items, maintain documentation, and monitor commitments through completion. Analyze workforce initiatives and emerging requirements to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Provide timely status updates, recommendations, and decision support information to program and government leadership. Minimum Education & Experience Requirements US Citizen Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Experience supporting federal government or Department of Defense programs preferred. Experience with workforce planning, human capital, talent management, program management, or organizational initiatives. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare materials for senior and executive level audiences. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities, stakeholders, meetings, action items, and deadlines. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
