Responsible for leading cross-functional programs that support business transformation, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives. Works independently to manage program execution, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation. Applies advanced knowledge of program management methodologies to deliver measurable outcomes and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Serves as a mentor to junior program staff and contributes to the continuous improvement of program delivery practices. 5+ years of relevant program management experience, managing programs in a cross-functional environment 2+ years of experience leading multi-phase, cross-functional programs Advanced knowledge and understanding of program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, SAFe, Waterfall), with the ability to lead multi-team initiatives and adapt delivery models to business needs Significant experience in managing cross-functional programs that support business transformation, operational efficiency, or strategic initiatives Proven ability to align program execution with organizational goals, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive measurable outcomes Advanced skills in program budgeting, resource planning, and risk mitigation across multiple workstreams Experience with managing program governance processes, stakeholder communications, and issue resolution Expert knowledge of change management and stakeholder engagement strategies to support adoption and sustainment Advanced skill in using program analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet) to monitor performance and inform leadership Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience Desired Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience Professional Certifications (e.g.,PMP, PgMP, or Lean/Agile certification) Experience with business process transformation or organizational change management is desirable. Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira) preferred.
