Position Summary:

Eustis Cable Enterprises seeks a FULL-TIME, detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in the corporate offices located in picturesque Brookfield, Vermont. This position offers the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of Human Resources while partnering with leadership and employees across the organization. The right candidate will bring professionalism, sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. Compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Performing day-to-day Human Resources operations. New employee recruiting and onboarding. Administer the employee benefits programs. Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality. Answer employee questions and provide guidance on HR policies. Help coordinate training, employee communications, and engagement activities. Participate in special HR projects and process improvements.

Qualifications:

Experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Recruiting Must have 3 years experience working in an HR position. Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Comfortable handling confidential information. Able to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
