HR Coordinator — Visiting Angels Tri-Cities Kennewick, WA | Full-Time | Hourly Visiting Angels Tri-Cities is a locally owned, non-medical home care agency serving Benton, Franklin, and Walla Walla Counties.

What You'll Do Source, screen, and hire qualified Home Care Aides and direct-care staff Administer the full hiring recruitment process — posting, applications, interviews, background checks, and offers Ensure new hires meet Washington State training and certification requirements Keep caregiver files and credentials current and audit-ready Partner with our scheduling team to fill open shifts quickly ensure agency is staffed appropriately Support new caregivers through onboarding and help drive retention What We're Looking For High school diploma required; 2+ years of office experience, ideally in home care, healthcare, or staffing Comfortable with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking/scheduling systems Strong communicator who's organized, dependable, and calm under pressure Able to pass a Washington State Patrol and national background check Willing to participate in an on-call rotation for evenings/weekends Why Join Us You'll be part of a close-knit team that treats coworkers, caregivers, and clients like family — and you'll play a direct role in making sure Tri-Cities families get the compassionate care they deserve.
