Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Division Finance and HR Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role combines financial management with human resources expertise to support organizational growth, employee engagement, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities 1.
Financial Duties :
Oversee the division's financial processes, including A/R, A/P, and inventory control and costing. Assist with preparation of month end reporting to corporate office and for internal reports. Assist with budgeting within the organization as requested. Ensure accurate financial records are maintained and compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements. Provide financial insights to support strategic decision making and business growth. 2.
Human Resources Duties :
Manage on site HR day to day functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with the corporate goals. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and stay updated on HR best practices. 3.
Strategic Alignment :
Align finance and HR strategies with overall business objectives to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with senior management (both divisional and corporate) to drive initiatives that improve employee experience and organizational performance. 4.
Reporting and Analysis :
This position reports directly to the Corporate Director of Finance and Corporate Human Resources Manager with onsite input from the Division President as needed Prepare and present financial and HR reports as directed to the corporate Director of Finance. Work with on-site management to highlight key metrics and trends. Assist with identification of staffing and training needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications Education :
A degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience :
Proven experience in both finance and HR with a strong understanding of both fields.
Skills :
Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills. Proficiency/experience with financial and payroll software. Work Environment The Division Finance and HR Specialist typically works in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. This role is crucial for ensuring the organization operates efficiently and effectively, incorporating the formats established at the corporate level.
Pay:
$53,175.52 - $64,039.33 per year
