Works as a generalist or across multiple disciplines such as professional/leadership development, technical or non-technical training, and e-learning. Monitors training and development programs, assesses needs and outcomes, and supports the creation of new programs and continuous improvement of existing offerings. Provides coordination and administrative support for talent development programs and learning initiatives. Serves as a key point of contact for learners and stakeholders, supports learning systems and processes, and ensures training logistics, materials, reporting, and documentation are executed accurately and efficiently. ...
Responsibilities:
- Serves as a point of contact for questions related to talent development programs, learning offerings, and participation logistics.
- Coordinates learning events, meetings, and training sessions, including scheduling, communications, room/virtual setup, rosters, and real-time support as needed.
- Supports the maintenance and organization of learning materials and resources, including online content (e.g., internal pages, shared repositories, LMS resources).
- Administers and supports talent development systems and processes (e.g., LMS data entry, session setup, enrollment support, completion tracking).
- Produces and distributes standard and ad hoc reporting; compiles metrics, dashboards, and program summaries; modifies and tracks special reports as requested.
- Develops and maintains documentation to support program administration (e.g., procedures, job aids, templates, participant communications).
- Partners with internal stakeholders to produce or confirm course details based on delivery date, version, and documentation requirements.
- Gathers documentation and supporting information as needed to assist with audits or inquiries, maintaining confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive information.
- Supports the creation, compilation, and dissemination of department-specific communications and materials related to talent development initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service in a coordination or administrative role.
- Basic knowledge of human resources and talent development/talent strategy programs and how learning supports organizational goals.
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), including basic administration, enrollments, tracking, and reporting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) including preparing reports, charts, and presentations.
- Experience with scheduling and coordinating classes/meetings (in-person and virtual) and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to produce accurate data reporting and maintain organized records and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
- Strong project/time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
- Collaborative working style with clear written and verbal communication skills.
