Pacific Staffing is partnering with our Rocklin, CA based client to identify a temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support high-volume recruitment operations and candidate experience for a one year assignment. This role is ideal for a detail-driven HR professional who excels in organization, communication, and recruitment coordination. The coordinator will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support full-cycle recruitment activities, maintain accurate documentation, prepare interview materials, manage candidate communication, and assist with onboarding and compliance-related projects. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, timely, and positive hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment activities including phone screens, interviews, debriefs, offer calls, and candidate travel.
Communicate with candidates to schedule interviews, confirm details, and support a positive candidate experience.
Support sourcing projects, resume review, career fairs, recruitment events, and phone screening.
Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, trackers, templates, and standardized filing practices.
Organize candidate files, collect interview guides, and prepare complete recruitment packets for onboarding and credentialing.
Lead weekly Talent Acquisition team meeting coordination, including agendas, notes, and action-item tracking.
Prepare monthly Talent Acquisition metrics and recruitment reports for leadership and the Board.
Provide administrative and project support to the Talent Acquisition Manager, including research, project plans, and deadline tracking.
Conduct initial administrative review of new and renewing contracts using established checklists.
Support compliance-related projects, audits, documentation tracking, and system/process updates.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve recruitment operations.
Support full-cycle recruitment as capacity allows; serve as backup to Onboarding & Credentialing.
Promote and uphold organizational mission, values, and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support experience.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment documentation.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and maintain confidentiality.
