URGENTLY HIRING

experienced Bilingual Recruiters to join our Huntington Park, California office. We are looking for energetic, motivated, and experienced recruiters who understand the staffing industry and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. We need recruiters who can move quickly, communicate professionally, stay organized, and consistently deliver qualified candidates for our clients.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous staffing/recruiting experience required Experience using Indeed is required Experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, production, and general labor positions Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment Must be available to work weekends when needed Flexibility to work additional hours based on client and recruiting needs Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with candidates Able to review resumes and quickly identify qualified candidates Experience conducting phone and in-person interviews Able to manage multiple job orders, clients, and priorities simultaneously Strong communication and follow-up skills Organized, dependable, proactive, and results-driven Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet recruiting deadlines Must be available to start immediately
