Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified bilingual candidates across various roles and levels. Conduct comprehensive interviews, utilizing effective questioning techniques to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage full-cycle recruiting processes using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo, ensuring accurate documentation at every stage. Engage in talent sourcing through social media management, cold calling, research, and leveraging HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft or UltiPro to identify potential candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, hiring managers, and external partners to understand staffing needs and deliver exceptional service. Negotiate employment contracts and employment law compliance to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Lead employer branding initiatives by promoting our company culture on social media platforms and at campus recruitment events. Skills Exceptional communication skills in both English and the target language, with the ability to connect effectively across diverse audiences. Proven expertise in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and HR sourcing strategies. Strong negotiation skills coupled with experience managing employment contracts and labor law compliance. Proficiency with ATS systems such as Lever, Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, or PeopleSoft; familiarity with HRIS platforms like Kronos or UltiPro is a plus. Knowledge of talent management practices including succession planning, employee evaluation, employee relations, and training & development. Ability to conduct thorough interviewing sessions while demonstrating excellent relationship management and research skills. Experience with social media management for recruiting purposes and lead generation activities.
