Job Description An aerospace client in Colorado is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner 3 to join their growing team. This team is responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment of top talent for the company across all skillsets. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound recruiting efforts across engineering, classified IT, and cleared candidates. Your primary search engines will be LinkedIn Recruiter and Clearance Jobs, though you are expected to be able to utilize free channels creatively to find the talent needed. You will source candidates for these positions, qualify them via phone calls or web conferencing, and then partner with another FTE TA to review candidates with hiring managers. This is a full lifecycle recruiting position, so maintaining candidate relationships throughout the recruiting process will be a large part of your role. This position is currently a 6 month contract, with option to extend or convert.. The role is an onsite position in Broomfield, CO or Centennial, CO, and is fully onsite., working a 9x80 schedule. The role is paying an hourly rate of $46-65/hr. Medical, dental, vision insurance is available starting on your 1st day, and a 401K program starting on your 91st day.
