Salary Range :
$60,000.00 to $75,000.00 annually. Final compensation determined by experience and job-related qualifications. By adhering to Connecticut State Law, pay ranges are posted. The pay rate will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge of position and comparison to others who are already in this role within the company. Flu Vaccine Considerations Proof of annual flu vaccination is required for all employees.

is a management service organization that supports a large multi-specialty practice of providers. We are currently looking for an experienced Staffing Specialist who will be working onsite daily in Branford Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Summary This position is responsible for all aspects of full life cycle recruiting including organizing position tracker, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, making offers, onboarding, new hire orientation. Essential Functions Completes the full life cycle of recruiting including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, outreach to candidates and hiring managers, and extending offers. Updates and maintains open position report including filled, eliminated, and hold. Conducts weekly new hire orientation (NHO) Coordinates with other departments the NHO schedule Maintains applicant tracking system (ATS) and keeps it up to date daily Reviews resumes to accurately sources resumes to the appropriate hiring manager Assists with job posting and advertisement processes Screens applications and selects qualified candidates Ensures NHO presentation and materials are updated Follows up with hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful Manages and maintains assessments Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies Performs other duties as assigned Skills and Knowledge Advanced level of excel Strong knowledge of how databases work Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics. Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. Proficient with ATS and HRIS Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
