Looking for a recruiter to support high-volume hiring in the manufacturing and light industrial sector.

Responsibilities:

Support all day-to-day recruitment activity on numerous requisitions including: strategy discussions, sourcing, screening, digital interview review and offers

Source talent through active and passive methods, including events, databases, referrals, and direct outreach

Review and disposition high volume of candidates under limited timelines

Schedule interviews and collect feedback, generating offers and completing onboardings as needed

Communicate with candidates throughout the process, including outreach, screening, follow-up, interview coordination, and status updates

Requirements:

• Recruiting experience within manufacturing and light industrial roles required
• Experience in managing full life cycle recruiting - working directly with hiring managers and sourcing talent (executive search, Boolean search or strategic sourcing)
• Fluency with modern sourcing tools and techniques
• At least 3-5 year experience required
• Bachelors is preferred but not a must
