This is an in-office position in Georgia . The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish , has previous construction recruiting experience, communicates professionally, is highly organized, and can manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:

$20.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Follow the company's personnel requisition process for all new and replacement positions. Coordinate with HR and management to ensure positions are properly approved before recruiting begins. Submit approved personnel requisitions to the appropriate department for job posting and advertising. Source and recruit qualified candidates based on approved staffing needs. Recruit for construction positions including equipment operators, truck drivers, laborers, rakers, mechanics, crew leaders, foremen, and other field and office positions. Review applications and conduct preliminary phone screens. Communicate with and interview candidates in both English and Spanish. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records. Build and maintain a qualified candidate pipeline for current and future openings. Work closely with HR, Superintendents, Project Managers, and management to understand staffing needs. Evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, certifications, and position requirements. Maintain consistent and timely communication with candidates. Assist with the hiring and onboarding process as needed. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling candidate information. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Previous recruiting experience required. Construction recruiting experience required. Heavy civil construction recruiting experience preferred. Experience recruiting for construction field positions strongly preferred. Knowledge of construction positions, equipment, and field operations preferred. Experience conducting phone screens and interviews. Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, and follow-up skills. Ability to communicate effectively with field employees, management, and candidates. Proficient with email, computers, recruiting platforms, and other office technology. Dependable, professional, and results-oriented. Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. Schedule Full-time, in-office position. Monday-Friday based on business and recruiting needs. Occasional communication with candidates outside standard business hours may be required based on recruiting needs.
