Job Description
Junior Recruiter Harris Group is hiring a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized junior recruiter to help support our growing efforts as a company. We are looking for someone who is interested in developing a career in recruiting, human resources, and business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting efforts for CDL Class A truck drivers.
- Review applications and assist with obtaining all FMCSA and DOT Compliant documents.
- Assist with college recruiting efforts, career fairs, and internship programs.
- Provide administrative support for recruiting and other departments as needed.
- Assist with onboarding employees and documentation of their paperwork.
- Perform data entry and update applicant tracking systems.
- Must be familiar and know how to navigate Social Media platforms such as Facebook.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with applicants.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Self motivated with the ability to learn and grow
- Experience with job boards such as Indeed, Linkedin, or Handshake.
- Ability to use Spreadsheets and digital trackers.
