Recruitment Specialist Join Our Mission to Empower and Transform Lives As the Recruitment Specialist you would be responsible for recruiting foster families and assisting with the certification and licensing process for foster families. The Recruitment Specialist is expected to perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the mission and core values of Omni and comply with all Omni policies and procedures, OSHA, CMS, HIPPA, local, state, and federal, regulations. Ability to be a team member and thought leader.
Bachelor's degree in human services, social services or related field required with demonstrated public relations skills and two years' work experience in social services with youth and families.
