A successful candidate would need to have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to locations in and around the Scottsville, KY area to recruit. We are looking for a Recruiter who is process driven and detail-oriented to help facilitate interview scheduling and candidate interactions through the scheduling process. What You'll Do Facilitate a high volume of interview scheduling and coordination; Help design and execute on the candidate experience to ensure our candidates feel well taken care of and valued, regardless of the hiring decision; Post open positions on various job boards, social media, and other networking avenues, as needed; Plan and organize recruiting events (career fairs, conferences, networking groups, diversity groups, etc.) Other recruiting coordination/operations related projects, as needed. What You'll Need Prior experience in a Recruiting role (Staffing company highly preferred) Outstanding interpersonal skills and an empathetic, customer-service attitude; Problem solving skills and ability to navigate an ambiguous environment; Top-notch written communication skills; Must be a self-starter, have a strong work ethic, and take ownership of their work.
