Position Overview:

We're seeking an organized, proactive Recruiter to support our talent acquisition, onboarding, and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate has a passion for creating positive candidate and employee experiences, attention to detail, and a desire to grow within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

Partner with the Operations team on end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Onboarding Coordination:

Assist with onboarding tasks, including orientation scheduling and new-hire documentation. I-9

Verification:

Manage I-9 verifications to ensure compliance with employment eligibility requirements.

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the Account team, including maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and assisting with special projects.

Employee Engagement:

Contribute to an inclusive, positive work environment that aligns with Productions Plus values and goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or administrative support preffered (internship experience welcome). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. What We Offer:

Hybrid work environment (3 in Office) This is a full-time nonexempt hourly position with a salary range of $20-$25 per hour.
