Full Job Description Job Summary:

Manage recruiting process for a wide variety of positions from Production, Engineering, Mid Level Management in a very busy and growing manufacturing firm. Currently this organization is experiencing significant growth and an experienced recruiter will find they are making a significant difference for the organization. This is a 6 to 8 month contract recruiter position, 20 to 35 hours per week.

Qualifications:

5+ years of proven hands-on full-cycle recruitment experience in a manufacturing environment including: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, scheduling interviews, guiding hiring manager through the process, etc. Recruiter must be comfortable working independently and qualified to hit the ground running Experience recruiting non-exempt and exempt employees Recruiting experience within a manufacturing environment required Sourcing skills - using agencies, working with RPO, referrals, etc. Comfortable managing several searches at the same time Excellent communication skills Ability to work onsite fully at corporate office. Flexibility with actual working hours.
