Job Description

Join our team and play an important role in connecting exceptional healthcare professionals and students with meaningful opportunities within our organization. We are looking for a Medical Staff Recruitment Specialist who is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and enjoys coordinating multiple moving pieces. In this role, you will support physician recruitment, locum tenens scheduling, candidate interviews, and medical education activities while building positive relationships with providers, candidates, students, universities, and healthcare leaders. This position requires you to be on site in Bolivar, MO. What You'll Do Coordinate locum tenens schedules and housing accommodations. Manage new hire paperwork and assist with the provider onboarding process. Maintain physician job postings and complete weekly Position Manager updates. Coordinate physician candidate interviews, including itineraries, meeting rooms, travel, meals, and lodging. Schedule and manage student clinical rotations and preceptor training. Serve as a key liaison with medical schools, universities, residency programs, and other training programs. Maintain accurate schedules, records, and recruitment information. Provide exceptional customer service and timely communication to candidates, providers, students, and internal teams. Support additional Medical Staff and Recruitment initiatives as needed. What You'll Bring Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A professional, service-oriented approach when working with physicians, candidates, students, and leaders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in healthcare, physician recruitment, medical staff services, education, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
