You do a little bit of everything and somehow stay unbothered ;-) You'll play a big role in building our team: Hiring home health aides Screening candidates and making strong judgment calls Creating a great first impression of our company You'll also jump in and support wherever needed…things like: Talking to families when they need reassurance Supporting caregivers so they feel confident and valued Keeping things organized, moving, and handled We will train you but we cannot train your energy, your instincts, or how you treat people. You MUST be bilingual (Spanish or Creole).
