clients Applicants should have a professional background in recruiting - 2 years preferred Corporate Recruiter Job Duties include: Scheduling, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Perform all necessary background checks and drug screening. Utilizing Social Media, job boards, career fairs, and advertising to source talent. Working as both a team, and individually to fulfill client requisitions. Keeping in close communication with clients and candidates on a continued basis. Building creative advertising campaigns. Ensuring processes and goals are being achieved. Using community outreach to create networks to place candidates. Work proficiently with our ATS system and other systems. Promote our company and opportunities by using Social Media platforms.

Job Requirements:

Be outgoing with an upbeat personality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong grammar, spelling, and proof-reading skills. Proficient with computers, Social Media platforms, and ability to quickly learn new software. Excellent leadership skills. Ability to work independently, and successfully complete projects in a timely manner. Ability to problem solve. Microsoft Suite applications. Knowledge Preferred but not
