Duties Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing through various channels including social media marketing, HR systems, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and talent management software such as Lever, UltiPro, and Kenexa BrassRing Manage full cycle recruiting processes from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing and offer negotiation Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience Utilize HR legal compliance knowledge, employment law in talent management, and HR sourcing techniques to ensure fair and effective hiring practices Execute high volume recruitment campaigns for diverse roles including technical recruiting, campus recruitment, external recruiting, and executive recruiting Conduct research on industry trends, candidate pools, and competitive intelligence to optimize sourcing strategies Engage in cold calling efforts to reach passive candidates and promote open positions effectively Support onboarding activities such as employee orientation, employee evaluation, and training & development initiatives Requirements Proven experience in recruiting or human resources roles with a focus on talent acquisition or internal/external recruiting Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively Familiarity with talent management software such as Lever, Kenexa BrassRing, UltiPro, Paychex, and ATS platforms like Lever or HR systems Knowledge of employment & labor law including employment law in talent management to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process Ability to manage high volume recruitment projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Experience with social media marketing (recruitment) for sourcing candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc. Skilled in candidate sourcing techniques including research, cold calling, and leveraging HR systems for targeted outreach Demonstrated ability to build relationships through relationship management strategies within human resources contexts Self-motivated with strong organizational skills capable of working independently in a remote setting #
