Each day, more than 2,350 youth are in Ranch care, receiving services designed to help them become successful within their families, schools, and communities. What you'll do: Partner with hiring managers to identify staff vacancies, advertising, and recruiting needs. Promote the Buckeye Ranch, its mission, and many programs and services; act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Work with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions and job specifications are up-to-date and appropriate for open positions. Effectively screen applications and conduct appropriate phone, virtual, or in person interviews. Conduct, and coach managers, on interviewing using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter. candidates, assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. Conducts equity and recommends hiring wage, negotiates job offer with candidates. Coordinates hiring and orientation process for new hires. Work to promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.

You have at least one year of full-cycle recruiting experience. You preferably have experience within the Behavioral Health field. You have previous experience with HRIS and ATS software. You have an active Driver's License.
