Nursing Recruiter:

Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals for a variety of clinical positions. Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and career goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with both active and passive healthcare candidates. Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive, responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Support onboarding activities, including collecting required documentation and assisting with compliance requirements. Nursing Recruiter:

Previous healthcare recruiting experience OR a nursing background with a desire to transition into recruiting and talent acquisition. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence and enthusiasm for engaging with candidates by phone throughout the day. Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with healthcare professionals. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using applicant tracking systems is preferred.
