College Credit Plus Advisor Salary $42,000.00 - $78,000.00 Annually Location Zanesville Campus, OH Job Type Full-Time Staff Division Academic Services Department College Credit Plus Opening Date 09/09/2026 Description Benefits Questions Position Description The College Credit Plus Advisor (CCPP) & Admissions Recruiter is a key ambassador for the College, responsible for executing targeted recruitment strategies to attract students into career-focused and transfer degree programs. This position promotes hands-on, workforce-aligned programs and collaborates with high schools, career centers, and community partners to connect prospective students to clear, high-demand career pathways. The recruiter also supports the successful management of College Credit Plus students by advising CCP. They also will guide high school seniors through the admissions process and works closely with the Financial Aid office to ensure students receive comprehensive enrollment support. Representing the College at events both on and off campus, this role plays a vital part in strengthening enrollment pipelines into certificates, associate degrees, bachelor's degree, and transfer programs. This position has a hiring range of $42,000.00 - $49,000 with an earning potential up to $78,000 Annual USD. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Recruitment Strategy Execution (30%) Implement targeted recruitment initiatives for career and transfer pathways, including visits to high schools, career centers, and college fairs. CCP Advising and Admissions Support (30%) Advise CCP students in high schools with as they develop career pathways. Register CCP students during yearly process. Guide students through the admissions process to support a successful transition from CCP high school student to college student. Community and Partner Engagement (20%) Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools, educators, and workforce partners to promote educational and career pathways. Campus and Community Event Participation (15%) Represent the College at community, high school, and college events; plan and attend on-campus recruitment events and tours while measuring effectiveness. Engage community organizations, employers, and workforce partners to reach non-traditional and adult learners. Collaboration with Financial Aid and Enrollment Services (5%) Coordinate with Financial Aid and other student services to ensure prospective students receive accurate, timely information and assistance.
Competencies and Skills:
