Bilingual Recruiter Staff-Force | Oklahoma City Are you organized, personable, and fluent in both English and Spanish? Staff-Force is hiring a Bilingual Administrative Assistant / Recruiter to help support our day-to-day operations and grow with us!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in clients and applicants Answer phones and respond to inquiries in both languages Perform data entry and maintain document accuracy Assist recruiters with scheduling and onboarding Provide general administrative support to the team

What We're Looking For:

✔ Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) ✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills ✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ✔ Previous recruiting experience preferred ✔ Friendly, professional, and able to multitask effectively

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM but can vary
