In this role, you will develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract, identify, and hire top-tier clinical and non-clinical talent. Key Responsibilities & Essential Duties Strategic Recruitment & Workforce Planning:
Partner with facility leadership and hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs, analyze hiring trends, and build proactive recruitment plans for high-priority and hard-to-fill positions.
Active Sourcing & Candidate Engagement:
Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, career fairs, and community partnerships to source qualified candidates and engage passive job seekers.
Screening & Interview Coordination:
Review resumes, conduct initial phone and virtual screenings, assess candidate alignment, and coordinate seamless interviews with hiring managers.
End-to-End Hiring Support:
Guide candidates seamlessly through all pre-employment requirements and credential validations, ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding while minimizing time-to-fill and time-to-start metrics.
Onboarding & New-Hire Orientation:
Collaborate with HR and clinical leadership to facilitate a smooth, organized transition for new hires, ensuring all orientation and documentation requirements are met.
Employer Branding & Community Outreach:
Represent Redstone at local career fairs and build lasting relationships with nursing schools, healthcare training programs, and workforce organizations. What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
Experience:
Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, staffing, or healthcare/long-term care environments strongly preferred.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with recruiting nursing, clinical, or direct-care healthcare professionals is a major plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) / Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Soft Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. What Makes Redstone Unique?
