full-time Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner Our client, a fast-growing organization with operations across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio , is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to help support continued growth across multiple locations. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who enjoys partnering directly with hiring managers and owning the recruiting process from start to finish. The Senior Recruiter will work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs, define positions, develop job descriptions, identify and attract talent, participate in interviews, and guide candidates and managers through the offer and onboarding process. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers across PA, WV, and OH to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Help managers define new and existing roles , including responsibilities, qualifications, compensation considerations, and candidate profiles. Write and refine compelling, accurate job descriptions and postings . Manage the full-cycle recruiting process , from sourcing and screening through interviews, references, offers, and onboarding. Participate in interviews alongside hiring managers and provide guidance on candidate selection and hiring decisions. Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to managers, helping ensure a consistent and professional candidate experience. Own and maintain the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) , including reporting, processes, data integrity, and user support. Play a key role in the evaluation and potential implementation of a new ATS/recruiting platform as the organization continues to grow. Develop scalable recruiting processes, tools, and best practices that can support continued expansion. Travel between company locations in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio as needed. Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Strong experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment . Experience developing job descriptions, conducting interviews, managing references, extending offers, and coordinating onboarding. Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with an ATS implementation or conversion is a plus. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of recruiting processes while remaining highly collaborative.
