No previous recruiting experience is required. We provide structured training, recruiting tools, ongoing coaching, and mentorship to help you get started and continue growing. What You'll Do Build relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates. Develop new business and help clients fill key positions. Find, interview, and connect qualified candidates with career opportunities. Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and assist with offers and negotiations. Stay organized while managing multiple searches and relationships. What You'll Bring Strong communication skills and a personable, professional approach. Comfort making cold calls and building relationships over the phone. Self-motivation, persistence, and a willingness to learn. The ability to work independently, follow through, and handle information confidentially. Experience in sales, recruiting, business development, or customer service is not required.
