This opportunity offers the chance to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment and play an important role in supporting the organization's hourly hiring needs. Addison Group is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting efforts for a manufacturing operation. This individual will be responsible for recruiting plant and production employees while managing multiple open positions and maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified talent. The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing recruiting experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong sourcing skills are essential, particularly the ability to identify and engage passive candidates when traditional job postings are not generating enough applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage approximately 10

•15 open requisitions at a time, with a primary focus on hourly manufacturing and production positions. Recruit for a variety of plant-based positions, including production operators, machine operators, material handlers, packaging employees, and other manufacturing roles. Utilize Indeed and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates and expand the candidate pipeline. Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' experience, availability, work history, attendance, and shift preferences. Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates and generate applicant flow when traditional recruiting methods are not producing sufficient results. Maintain an ongoing pipeline for positions with recurring hiring needs and higher turnover. Identify qualified candidates and present them to hiring managers for consideration. Coordinate interviews and ensure candidates receive timely communication throughout the hiring process. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities and adjust recruiting efforts based on operational needs. Maintain accurate candidate information, activity, and recruiting documentation within the ATS. Follow up consistently with candidates and hiring teams to keep the hiring process moving efficiently. Work toward established recruiting goals related to sourcing activity, phone screens, interviews, candidate submissions, and hires.

Qualifications:

•4 years of recruiting experience required. At least 2 years of experience recruiting within a manufacturing environment. Previous experience supporting high-volume recruiting and multiple open requisitions. Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates. Strong phone-based recruiting and candidate screening skills. Experience recruiting for hourly, plant, production, or operations positions. Agency recruiting experience is welcome. Experience using a professional Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required; specific ATS experience is not required. Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
