The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks, with a strong focus on full-cycle recruiting. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth office operations while driving talent acquisition efforts that support overall business success. You will collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms as needed Source candidates through databases, job boards, networking, and outreach efforts Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate records Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Follow established office workflows to maintain efficiency Provide support for HR functions as needed Address customer inquiries, concerns, or issues professionally Create a welcoming environment. Bring a positive attitude each day. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and computer skills. You should be comfortable interacting with candidates and employees and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Our goal is to ensure operational efficiency while attracting and hiring top talent that adds maximum value. The HR Recruiter should have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook or similar software.
TRAVEL, HOURS OF WORK, & SUPERVISION
This position normally requires the individual to be physically present at one or more TBB manufacturing location Monday through Friday as deemed necessary. The HR Recruiter may be required to travel extensively and may frequently be required to remain out of town on overnight trips in fulfillment of his or her job responsibilities. This position will report to the HR Manager.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate degree in HR or related field, but experience and/or other training/certification may be substituted for the education. Previous experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role preferred Knowledge of recruiting best practices and hiring processes Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruiting software is a plus Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills Customer service experience is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities Dependable, patient, and professional demeanor Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
(including but not limited to): Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to work in cubicle setting. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
