Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes utilizing applicant tracking systems such as Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, and PeopleSoft Develop and execute sourcing strategies through social media management, cold calling, campus recruitment, and market trends analysis Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential contributions Negotiate employment offers and contracts while ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws Collaborate closely with C-suite executives and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans Maintain strong candidate relationship management (CRM) systems to nurture talent pools for current and future openings Lead recruitment teams by providing training & development opportunities and managing performance Utilize HRIS platforms like UltiPro, Kronos, Paychex, and HR management tools to streamline hiring workflows Support employee orientation programs and assist in employee evaluation processes Engage in market trends analysis to identify competitive advantages in talent sourcing Requirements Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within diverse industries, including clinical staff recruitment and executive recruiting Proficiency with applicant tracking systems Strong knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR sourcing practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with senior leadership Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, research techniques, and candidate relationship management (CRM) systems Familiarity with sales techniques such as cold calling for talent lead generation Experience managing teams of recruiters or HR professionals preferred Knowledge of social media management tools for employer branding initiatives Ability to analyze market trends to optimize recruiting strategies and support succession planning efforts Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in contracts, employee relations, and employee orientation processes If you are passionate about connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities while fostering an inclusive workplace environment, we encourage you to apply today.
