This role is pivotal in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across various departments to support our organizational growth as well presence overseeing employees at the worksite. The Onsite Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to streamline recruitment processes, ensure compliance with employment laws, and foster a positive candidate experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about human resources, talent management, and strategic recruiting initiatives. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple roles. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing tools, and talent management software such as iCIMS, Workday, or PeopleSoft. Conduct high-volume recruitment campaigns to fill multiple openings efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and potential candidates through effective relationship management. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Lever or Taleo to track candidate progress and generate recruitment reports. Coordinate candidate interviews, facilitate negotiations on offers, and prepare employment contracts ensuring HR legal compliance. Engage in campus recruitment initiatives and participate in job fairs to attract emerging talent pools. Ensure adherence to employment & labor law in all recruiting activities and maintain compliance with HR legal standards. Leverage social media management platforms for employer branding and candidate outreach. Support employee orientation programs, employee evaluation processes, and succession planning efforts. Conduct research on market trends to optimize recruiting strategies and lead generation efforts. Working inside the facility making sure employees's attendance and performance is productive and comply with safety standars Experience Proven experience in external recruiting, internal recruiting, or executive recruiting within a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability in high-volume recruitment across diverse industries or roles. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to engage candidates effectively. Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP HRIS, Kronos, UltiPro, ADP, Paychex, or similar platforms. Knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance standards. Experience utilizing talent management software including kronos, or Workday for applicant tracking and data management. Background in technical recruiting or specialized fields is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
