Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in a variety of roles Build and maintain strong relationships with job seekers and clients Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and applicant tracking system Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and onboarding paperwork Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and match candidates accordingly Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and associates Track daily activity, meet performance metrics, and contribute to office goals

What We're Looking For:

1+ years of recruiting, human resources, or customer service experience (staffing agency experience is a plus!) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems Passionate about helping people and making a positive impact Bilingual is a PLUS!
