In this role, you'll recruit across all levels of the organization—from entry-level professionals to senior leadership—while developing innovative sourcing strategies that reach both active and passive candidates. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR leaders, represent the company's employment value proposition, and help create an exceptional experience from first conversation through onboarding. What you'll do As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll take ownership of recruiting activities while partnering closely with business leaders and HR.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
+ Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans and sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals with high-quality talent.
+ Source candidates for positions at all organizational levels using advanced techniques, including cold calling, networking, social recruiting, referrals, and talent pipeline development.
+ Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, interviews, and assessments to identify qualified candidates and determine organizational fit.
+ Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists and recommend finalists to hiring managers.
+ Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
+ Consult with leaders and HR partners regarding job descriptions, requisition creation, compensation considerations, sourcing approaches, and talent availability.
+ Effectively communicate and promote the organization's employment value proposition, culture, values, and career opportunities.
+ Manage the interview and onboarding process to help ensure a positive and engaging new-hire experience.
+ Post and maintain job opportunities across internet and intranet sites, colleges, social media, community boards, and staffing partners.
+ Promote employee referral programs and internal career opportunities through regular communication with managers and employees.
+ Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records, recruiting reports, and other staffing documentation.
+ Respond promptly and professionally to candidate and internal stakeholder inquiries.
+ Follow up regularly with hiring managers to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
+ Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
+ Continuously develop external networks, partnerships, and talent pipelines that strengthen the company's employer brand.
+ Partner with Business HR leaders to anticipate future talent needs and proactively develop candidate pipelines.
+ Represent the company at recruiting events, including college career fairs and other talent-focused events.
+ Present company and career information at colleges, attend student organization meetings, and build awareness among emerging talent.
+ Identify recruiting events and opportunities that connect the organization with strategic candidate populations.
+ Ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
+ Be prepared to support recruiting activities outside standard business hours when business needs require it. What you bring Required qualifications +
- 6+ years of progressive experience
- in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing.
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and appropriate professional experience.
+ Strong understanding of staffing principles, recruitment practices, employment programs, and applicable employment laws.
+ Working knowledge of U.S. employment and labor laws and their application throughout the recruiting process.
+ Understanding of regional labor markets and current recruiting trends.
+ Demonstrated experience using a variety of recruiting techniques, including online and social media recruiting.
+ Experience developing talent networks and pipelines for both active and passive candidates.
+ Excellent verbal, written, presentation, interviewing, influencing, and interpersonal communication skills.
+ Strong customer service and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively with employees and leaders at all levels.
+ Ability to effectively communicate and sell an organization's employment value proposition.
+ Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
+ Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong integrity, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
+ Creative problem-solving skills with a willingness to develop new recruiting ideas and solutions.
+ Fluent written and spoken English. Preferred qualifications
+ Experience recruiting within the aerospace, aviation, engineering, manufacturing, or other highly technical industries.
+ Experience recruiting for roles ranging from entry-level through senior leadership.
+ Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing platforms.
+ Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting analytics.
+ Experience supporting college recruiting, career fairs, and workforce development initiatives.
+ Experience partnering with HR Business Partners and senior business leaders on workforce planning.
+ French, German, or Spanish language skills.
+ Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
