Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions within our organization. You will play a key role in enhancing our recruitment strategies and ensuring we attract top talent to meet our organizational needs. 8AM-5PM, open for overtime as needed able to travel locally to client locations Responsibilities Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, and onboarding associates. Onboarding associates and conduct check ins at warehouse locations. Utilize various platforms for talent acquisition such as job boards, social media, and networking events. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate records of candidate interactions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to improve the hiring process. Perform cold calling to identify potential candidates and build relationships within the industry. Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment materials that reflect company culture and values. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Skills Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish Able to travel locally to multiple sites Great customer service and team player Ability to evaluate candidates effectively through structured interviews and assessments.
